New York Renovations Are On The Rise, According to Leading Brooklyn Construction Firm

A recent Harvard University report says that the downturn in the home remodeling, which had once hit rock bottom, would steadily increase through 2010, according to Chiesi.

“Home prices have bottomed out, but there has been pent-up demand for renovating homes,” say Chiesi. “I believe that many of our clients that are now upgrading, expanding and renovating would have bought a larger home a couple of years ago.”
